Appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient, and payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Because appointment times are held specifically for each patient and cannot typically be filled on short notice, appointments are non-refundable.

WellNest Pittsburgh is a psychiatric medication management practice.  Provider is a Family Nurse Practitioner and does not provide psychotherapy services.

Recommendations regarding treatment, prescriptions, and ongoing care are determined through clinical evaluation and professional judgment. Completion of an evaluation does not guarantee prescription of medication, establishment of care, or acceptance into the practice.

Patients requiring services outside the scope of practice or a higher level of care may be referred to a more appropriate provider or treatment setting.

An ongoing provider-patient relationship is not established until the evaluation process has been completed and the patient has been formally accepted into ongoing care.

Controlled substances are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and are not guaranteed.

Patients must be physically located within the state of Pennsylvania at the time of each telehealth appointment ,
