WellNest Pittsburgh is a private-pay practice designed to provide accessible and individualized psychiatric care without the administrative barriers often associated with insurance-based systems. While we do not bill insurance directly, patients may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement based on individual plan benefits.
Initial Evaluation

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, Including review of current symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, prior treatment experiences, medications, and treatment recommendations.
Designed for adolescents and adults seeking evaluation and medication management for common mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and stable PTSD.

Initial Evaluation with ADHD Screening
$425
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with additional ADHD screening and diagnostic assessment when clinically appropriate.
Please note that completion of an evaluation does not guarantee prescription of controlled medications or establishment of ongoing care.

Follow up/ Medication Management
Follow up Appointments: $150
Controlled Substance Follow Up Appointments: $175
Focused follow up appointments for medication management, symptom monitoring, treatment response, side effect review, and ongoing treatment planning.
Visit frequency is individualized based upon clinical needs. Patients prescribe controlled substances are generally required to attend monthly follow up appointments in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.
